Dr. Nazarov began her training in Russia where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery and continued on to receive a certificate in pediatric dentistry both from the Medical University of St. Petersburg. She worked in the City Center for Pediatric Dentistry and taught pediatric dentistry at Medical University of St. Petersburg, before coming to the United States in the summer of 1996.
Dr. Nazarov received her Doctor of Dental Medicine in 2000 and then continued her training in Implant Fellowship and Advanced Prosthodontics Residency at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine, which she completed in 2005. She became Board Certified in the specialty of Prosthodontics in 2006. Along with being an Associate Clinical Professor in the Department of Reconstructive Sciences, she worked as a Staff Prosthodontist in the Center for Implant and Reconstructive Dentistry also at UConn Dental School providing comprehensive and esthetic dental care.
Dr. Nazarov and her family came to the Berkshires in 2010. She joined the practice in 2015 and soon became a partner. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, Berkshire District Dental Society, Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics and Fellow of American College of Prosthodontics.
Dr. Nazarov has completed clinical research, published articles in dental journals and has presented continuing education courses at local and national dental meetings. She has been a regular participant in the Connecticut Mission of Mercy and has volunteered for the Special Olympics.
Dr. Nazarov lives in Lee with her husband, Dr. Vitaly Nazarov, a pediatrician at MACONY Pediatric & Adolescent Medicine in Great Barrington.
